Great Condo- Amazing Beach

Thanks for allowing us to stay. My family and I had a wonderful vacation. The condo was in great shape and perfect for my family of 4. Everything was clean and we really appreciate you allowing guests to use the beach toys and chairs in the closet, my kids loved the bogey board!
We also loved the large, safe feel of the resort. our children would ride their bikes all over and we didn't worry at all.
And the BEACH is awesome. Really wide open which is a nice change for summer beach trips. We had our own space with our family tent set up, it was perfect.
We can't wait to come back!

A Great Place at a Great Beach!

We were very pleased with this unit. It was clean and neat when we got there. Everything worked. As seen in the pictures, it has plenty of roon and is very nicely decorated.

You can walk to the beach in a few minutes or, if you have lots of stuff to carry, you can drive and park right next to the beach.

And what a great beach! It is very wide with nothing but smooth sand all the way in. The water was clean and warm. The waves were gentle all but one day when a storm was off the coast. Beach Patrol lifeguards were on duty every day.

We were there after the school year started so we knew the mid-summer crowds would not be there, but we were still pleasantly surprised at how few people there were on the beach.

The development also has a very large oceanfront swimming pool.

The unit is located close to grocery stores, shopping, and lots of good restaurants.

We would definitely rent this unit again.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway

When we arrived the unit was filthy, including spills down the kitchen walls and the stove front. Baseboards were disgusting, old dirty blinds in the bedrooms and even broken blinds in the living room. It was lovely to be in your pajamas at night with your blinds open to the parking lot below (sarcasm). We rearranged the remaining blind slats to give us some privacy. The lagoon behind the building had alligators, so not a family friendly spot in the rear of the building either. My mother and I spent several hours cleaning and we were still so grossed out. Then we saw what the couch looked like under the couch cover, yuck! It has stains all over it. I would not even let my kids sleep on this pull out couch! I believe the owner picked it up from a street corner, it just cannot be described! Logan did give us a partial refund, but I would never return. This place needs a full renovation. Old cheap furniture and filthy! We moved down the street for the remainder of our vacation.
