This is a 2010 sq. ft., three-bedroom designer house, in The Village of Belvedere, with TV in living
room w/ VCR/DVD player TV in all bedrooms, sleeps six, with a shower in the master bath and a guest
bath with tub/shower. Master bedroom has a king size bed and guestrooms have a queen size and
regular bed resp. Large living room open to formal dining room and kitchen with bar stools. Table
for four in kitchen. Washer and dryer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

At the Villages Market Square or Spanish Springs Square there are many quaint shops to visit. There
is a multitude of restaurants to choose from. The town squares also offer music from the 50’s 60’s
and 70’s every night from 5pm to 9pm. Two for one happy hour. Two eight show theaters to choose
from. The Savannah Center with plays, musicals and other events. Shuttle service to and from Disney
World and Orlando Airport. A Wal-Mart store three minutes from the house.

Activities and Attractions

Golf is the main attraction at the villages with (29) challenging nine hole courses and (9)
championship courses including fine dining, Arnold Palmer and Nancy Lopez courses. The free
activities include the recreation centers with pool tables and shuffleboard, bocci ball, horseshoes,
pickle ball and a few have tennis courts and table tennis.There are 50 some swimming pools around
the villages. There will be a recreation magazine in the unit with times and places of all the
activities. There are many churches around The Villages.
They are listed in Saturday’s newspaper. Fishing is allowed in 12 of the small lakes around The
Villages. Disney World is a little over an hour away.
