Lakeshore Bunk House: Newer home located at 9515 Lakeshore Dr, West
Olive. A newer 3,000 sq ft home in a quiet neighborhood community
situated between Holland and Grand Haven with a short walk to Kirk
Park with over a 1500 feet of pristine Lake Michigan beach no bluff
or steps needed get to the beach. Kirk Park also has 68 acres of
hiking trails. Perfect for the family vacation Private fenced in
back yard with decks, gas grill and inground
swimming pool with a separate private fence around the pool. Check
in time is 3:00 pm on Saturday and Check out is 10:00 on Saturday.
50% deposit is required to reserve.

Off season  rental of min. of 2 days $275.00 per day

4 bedrooms, 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, one full bed. We have more beds than this home is allowed to sleep. This gives you
options for sleeping arrangements. But a max of 10 people including chilren are allowed. Kitchen
has a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, pot and pans for cooking. Two living rooms,TV,
VCR/DV player, Cable.Large deck with tables, extra chairs, Gas
Grill,inground pool. Games and books. Included
is also 2 car passes for the week to Kirk Park which has pristine
Lake Michigan beach.

You can walk on the sugar beach for miles. Close to Kirk Park
where you can take nature walks in the woods. Bike paths through out
Ottawa county. Close to Pigeon Lake with Boat ramps. Pigeon Lake
has access to Lake Michigan. Pigeon River is great for the kayakers
and canoes. Close to lots of Golf Courses. 7 miles south of Grand
Haven and 10 Miles north of Holland.

2,000 to $2,500 per week for the prime weeks of summer from
Saturday to Saturday (Memorial Day through Labor Day). First 2 weeks
of June may be rented for less for $1,800 Linens are included(towels and
& sheets and comforters) Full weeks only.
