and very modern look and feel with all new beds, linens,top of the line  furniture, slate floors, granite countertops, stainless steel
appliances, wireless high-speed internet access and all the other top end amenities you'd expect from a 5 Star accomodation.

 The back yard is secure and very private and the pool and hot tub can easily be seen from the kitchen, dining room and front room for quick supervision.

There is also 24 hour emergency service should anything break or problems arise.

 This home is in a centrally located area just off downtown Penticton and perfectly located for Wine touring or Ironman use. The house is on the road to the Naramata Wineries and is only a few minutes away. It is 2 blocks from the Ironman Staging Area.

 The house is a 3 minute walk to Main street, the Penticton Casino and the beach. The shopping, Starbucks, restaurants and clubs are all within a 3-4 minute walk or drive.

3500.00/week July-August weeks and prime time. Ironman week is 5000.00$.
2500.00/week May/June/September and other shoulder seasons.
