Big Bear is a premier winter wonderland with over 120 inches of
snowfall average where every Winter sport imaginable is here. By
late November you’ve got your choice of skiing, boarding, tubing, x-
country skiing, snow scooters, snow biking, snow mobiling, snow
shoeing, or sledding….. and the only fight you’ll have with your
kids involves snowballs! With over 300 days a year of sunshine,
Spring is a naturalist’s dream where everything is reborn and
renewed. Mountain or cross country biking is the order of the day
and don’t forget golf! Summer has you basking in the warm days and
cool nights. The skis and snowboards are set aside, and fishing
poles and wake boards are brought out. Bring your own boat and moor
it to the home’s private dock or rent one at the marina…it’s boating
season! Parasailing, wind surfing, wakeboarding, wake skating, knee
boarding, wave running, tubing, air chairing, waterskiing,
parasailing, “no license needed” fishing on the trout, bass,
catfish, and blue gill stocked lake, or jump on a banana boat, its
all up to you! Fall ushers in the first hint of chill watching the
leaves blush and illuminate the shorter days with a golden glow as

what you do. Don’t come up on the weekend. (It’s amazing you
haven’t thought of this before). Instead, come up midweek (you need
some time off work, anyway ) when the lifts are clear in the
fall/winter and the lake is empty in the spring/summer and the deals
on this place are going down!

Stunning two story, remodeled/refurnished condo has a spacious floor
plan, is on the Lake and comes with a dock for your boat/water
craft. Home has a garage, fire place, 15 foot vaulted ceilings,
stained glass windows, French doors, wood floors, kitchen with every
amenity, stereo, Tv/Vcr/Dvds in every room. Soak up the rays, views
and some wine or suds Bbqing on one of the two spacious decks as the
sun drifts lazily to the horizon. This home is a slice of heaven
that has splashes of color which energize the interior of wood
floors and wood ceilings and has floor to ceiling windows that let
in cascading natural light. When muscles are strained from the days
activities, you’re just a few paces out the door to the clubhouse
which has an indoor heated pool (the roof peels back in the summer)
and a huge outdoor deck overlooking the Lake, a hot bubbly spa, a
dry sauna, and tennis!

"Swim Beach" is a great place to play in the warm water. The white
sand beach has volley ball, grass picnic areas, as well as a
playground. At the Marina you can rent a pontoon, canoe, paddle
boat, kayak, a ski boat or other water craft. Take the mining
adventure and do your own gold panning, take a canoe tour, enjoy a
campfire at Moonridge Park, or hike Gray’s Peak. In the winter Ski
Snow Summit! In the Summer take the sky chair ride to the Summit.
Take the chair back down or walk down or mountain bike your way
down! Big Bear Queen river paddle boat offers another way to enjoy
the Lake. Enjoy a day at the Alpine Slide Park which duplicates
bobsledding. While there spin around on the go-cart track. Take a
wet ride at the Water Slide Park. Head to the Highway Vehicle Area
for off-roading. Big Bear also has any season 4 wheel-drive off
road adventure tours. Kids will love the Big Bear Zoo, home of the
Grizzly! Head to Baldwin Lake Stables to “saddle up” and ride!
