Vacation Rental Description

We purchased our Winter Park condo with our families in mind. We  
wanted a location that was close to Denver, but far enough away from  
the hustle and bustle of the big city. We wanted a centrally located  
condo that was cozy and comfortable and had many amenities all  
enclosed in 1 building. We found it at Silverado II in Winter Park,  
Colorado. 
 
Our 2BR/2BA condo has a king bed in the master room with a full  
private bath, balcony, an alarm clock and TV. The 2nd room has 2 twin  
beds, private balcony, TV, VCR and clock radio. The 2nd bath is  
located between the bedroom and living/dining rooms. The living room  
has a hideaway bed, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo with cassette and CD,  
wireless internet access and a balcony. The condo is fully furnished  
with linens and kitchen utensils.  
 
On the main level of the complex, you will find a pool, sauna, 2 hot  
tubs, small workout area, and game room. There is also a  ski shop  
for retail purchases and ski rentals and a restaurant snd bar in the  
winter months. Silverado II also has a person at the front desk where  
you can rent video’s, purchase ski tickets, and get information. The  
coin operated laundry is also on this level. Ski lockers are located  
in the underground parking garage. 
 
Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski area’s are 5 minutes away by car, 10-15  
minutes away by free shuttle that picks you up at the front door  
every 30 minutes. This shuttle will also escort you to more that 40  
restaurants and bars and numerous shops and boutiques throughout the  
towns of Winter Park and Fraser.

Activities and Attractions

Winter Park and Mary Jane ski area’s have a lot to offer all  
abilities of skiers and snowboarders. Learn to ski at Discovery Park  
or enjoy the #1 Rated Mogul Runs in North America at the Jane.  
Specialty freestyle terrain parks offer half pipes and various levels  
of jumps. The award winning Children’s Center will entertain, teach  
and watch over your children as you enjoy the mountain for a few  
hours or all day. In addition to skiing, try snow shoeing, snow  
mobiling, sleigh rides, snow cat tours, tubing, ice skating, cross  
country skiing and dog sled rides. 
 
In the Spring, Summer and Fall, the Winter Park area offers Putt Putt  
Golf,  Alpine Slide, Rock Climbing, Chairlift Rides and extensive  
bike trails for all abilities. The surrounding area offers: boating  
on Lake Granby, golfing, horseback riding, hiking, white water  
rafting and fly fishing. Rocky Mountain National Park’s east entrance  
is also just 30 minutes away.
