We LOVE log homes/chalets, and that is what this condo feels like! Recently remodeled unit has granite counters, updated baths, new LR furniture and new TVs in all rooms. It is walking distance to downtown Winter Park, on the shuttle bus route for Winter Park Resort.

AND we can get you $53 adult lift tickets (normally $81-$94), $32 for kids (normally $53) and $409 for a kids lesson/lift/lunch 4 pack (normally $596-can use for multiple children on same day). Must confirm reservation with payment by Oct. 30th.

It has many unusual amenities all inside one building: restaurant (room service too!), bar, ski shop, indoor pool, hot tubs, workout room, video game room, pool, foosball, basketball pop-a-shot, and laundry room. No frozen hair (or unhappy kids!) as you run from pool or hot tub to car or condo! There is underground parking (no cleaning off the car in the AM!) & free ski locker.

All bedrooms have balcony. The master BR has a new, plush, king mattress, full private bath, & 26' LCD HD TV w/DVD. The 2nd BR has a twin over full bunk, plus twin trundle pull out (sleeps 4), new mattresses, a 26' LCD HD TV w/DVD and a Wii with Guitar Hero.

We have an Ipod docking station, games, DVDs, puzzles & sports equipment for your use.

Well stocked with all kitchen utensils, George Foreman Grill, large pancake griddle and salt and pepper, flour, sugar and cooking spices/oils.

Enjoy Wolf Park in the summer, which is walking distance and has a fantastic playground, basket ball court, sand volley ball court, tennis courts, covered pavillion with large barbecue and several tables, and very nice bathrooms. We provide the following equipment for use at local Wolf Park: (2) tennis racquets & tennis balls, (4) badminton racquets, volley ball, basketball and football.

Winter Park and Mary Jane ski area’s have a lot to offer all abilities of skiers and snowboarders. Learn to ski at Discovery Park or enjoy the #1 Rated Mogul Runs in North America at the Jane. Specialty freestyle terrain parks offer half pipes and various levels
of jumps. The award winning Children’s Center will entertain, teach and watch over your children as you enjoy the mountain for a few hours or all day. In addition to skiing, try snow shoeing, snow mobiling, sleigh rides, snow cat tours, tubing, ice skating, cross
country skiing and dog sled rides.

In the Spring, Summer and Fall, the Winter Park area offers Putt Putt Golf, Alpine Slide, Rock Climbing, Chairlift Rides and extensive bike trails for all abilities. The surrounding area offers: boating on Lake Granby, golfing, horseback riding, hiking, white water
rafting and fly fishing. Rocky Mountain National Park’s east entrance is also just 30 minutes away.
