Maravilla is a 33.7-acre community located across the street from
its two and a half acres of beautiful white-sand unspoiled beach.
The unit is located near the pool, jacuzzi, and tennis courts. This
three bedroom, two bath, nicely decorated condominium is located on
the fourth floor and has a view of the beautiful emerald-green
waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The first floor of the unit has a
king master bedroom suite and bath and a queen sofa sleeper located
in the living room. The loft has a queen bedroom suite and three
twin beds in the bonus room. Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD player
and a large flat screen TV/DVD/VCR in the living room. The well-
equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals or lots of nice
restaurants are located near by.
