These two bedroom split level over sized homes offer fully equipped
kitchens, eat-in dining rooms, and a spacious living room with queen
sleeper sofa, flat screen remote controlled TV and DVD/CD player and
wireless internet. Each residence has individually controlled air
conditioning with two bedrooms (one King or one Queen and Two Twin
Beds), complete with two-and-a-half spacious bathrooms. Each guest
suite has been thoughtfully situated overlooking the Marina and
grouped in fours, perfect for families or friends who wish to be next
door. Enjoy a shared walkway to the nearby beach, marina and the
Bahama Coffee Company, Deli and Bakery. In addition, the Cape
Eleuthera Resort & Yacht Club features Eleuthera’s only deep water,
surge-proof, full-service marina. The marina is designed for all types
of watercraft–from the smallest fishing boats up to 200’ yachts, with
world class amenities and services.

Just off our powder-soft beaches are numerous islands to kayak,
windsurf, sail and explore, as well as indescribably beautiful coral
heads to dive or snorkel. Expert island fishing guides available for
any fishing specialty including, bone fishing, drift reef fishing,
conch or spear fishing, line fishing, and more. On land, activities
range from golf cart excursions, historic site visits, eco tours,
biking, hiking, fitness trails, shelling. On the beach, enjoy beach
volleyball, beach badminton, horseshoes, tetherball, ring toss and
local “Goombay” or “Junkanoo” festivals celebrating Bahamian culture

Rates are all based on single - quad occupancy with ex person pricing
on the 5th or 6th persons(the unit can accommodate up to 6 persons
max) at $75 per person each and the mandatory tax/service charge is
18%. Special packages are available, including day excursions or world
class diving in the local area.
