At 4000 square feet Formosa Springs is situated on one of the largest lots in Formosa Gardens, Kissimmee. Formosa Gardens Estates is a one of a kind community in the Disney, Orlando area. It is the only community with large luxurious homes on estate sized lots. The entire back yard is fenced for your privacy. The villa grounds are landscaped with tropical Floridian vegetation and come complete with a Little Tikes swing set, Little Tikes childrens play house, Minnie Mouse hopscotch, and lots of room for your children to play in complete privacy.

This vacation home features 2 large heated pools. The first pool is a Huge South Facing 45 X 20 foot private heated pool with 2 sprayers and adjoining 8 foot circular spa. The second pool for the children is a custom Mickey Mouse pool, 14 feet across and 12 inches deep with a fan sprayer and 3 bubbling gushers. You wil not find another vacation home with a pool as large as this just for children. You would have to stay at a resort to find anything comparable and at a resort pools are shared. The main pool depth ranges from 3 to 8 feet. Both pools and the spa have fibre optic lighting. There is a 26 X 8 foot Lanai (covered patio area).

At 3600 square feet this home has one of the largest screened deck areas of any vacation home in the Orlando area. This provides plenty of room for everyone to recline around the pool and spa while enjoying the Florida sunshine. Lounge in resort style comfort and complete privacy on one of the eight cushioned lounge chairs.

The family room is 17 X 20 feet, has a vaulted ceiling, leather furniture, and a 52 inch big screen TV, DVD player, VCR, and stereo. There is a DVD video library consisting of childrens videos and popular movies for your enjoyment.

Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or just taking a day to relax with your family, you will enjoy the well equipped games room. For your entertainment, the games room comes complete with a full size slate pool table, 7 foot air hockey table, and foosball, or just relax on the sofa and watch TV.

The main master suite has a king size bed with a pillow top mattress, toddler bed, and full sized wooden crib in its own little room, 27 inch TV, DVD player and VCR. French doors lead out to the pool. The private bathroom has two sinks, separate shower, garden tub, separate toilet area, and large closet.

Live on the wild side in our tastefully decorated master Safari Suite. This room has a king size bed with a pillow top mattress, 24 inch TV, DVD player, and private bathroom. This suite is located on the main floor at the front of the home.

Our third master suite is a vintage themed Mickey and Minnie Mouse suite with king size bed and pillow top mattress. The bathroom is also Mickey Mouse themed. You are never too old to enjoy the Mouse.

The fourth suite is Safari themed and has a king size bed with a pillow top mattress. This room is adjacent to the pool bathroom and has French doors leading to the pool.

Children can live their Disney adventure in a Mickey & Minnie themed Childrens Retreat on the main floor which includes 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed, TV, DVD player, VCR, Sony Playstation 2, childrens videos, toy car garage, and workshop. Cuddle up with a child sized (4 foot) plush Mickey and Minnie.

Or snuggle up with a child sized (3 foot) Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, and Eyore after a long day at Animal Kingdom in the upstairs childrens Disney Suite. This Disney room has 3 twin beds, but move over because you will have to share with Tigger, Pooh, and Eyeore. There is a 19 inch TV/VCR combination and toys.

Treat the Princess in your family royally with her own Princess themed bedroom with 2 twin beds, a Princess toddler bed, and Princess vanity.

As with all our vacation villas this vacation home comes complete with everything you will need when travelling with children. We provide all children's items free of charge. Our standard childrens items include; 4 strollers (1 double stroller and 3 single strollers), 3 high chairs, 3 booster seats, 3 Pack n Plays (playpens), 2 bedrails, 2 baby monitors, plus toys, and books.

Sleeping accommodations include 4 King beds, 1 Queen beds, 7 Twin beds, 1 Sleeper sofa, 2 Toddler beds, 1 Full Size crib, and 3 Pack n Plays (portable playpens). This provides great flexibility and room for 16 guests without even opening the sleeper sofa or using the Toddler beds or Crib.

This vacation home comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a Kids Kitchen Cupboard which includes Disney Dishes just for kids. In the kitchen you will find a full sized refrigerator/freezer (with ice-maker), electric stove, dishwasher and 2 microwaves. There is also an electric kettle, 2 coffee makers, 2 toasters, a crock pot (slow cooker), and a blender. You will find an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils. There are many plastic containers for packing snacks for the children and insulated coolers if you pack a lunch.

For your childrens safety and to comply with Florida law, there are alarms on all doors and windows that lead to the pool and spa area.Other vacation home amenities include Cable TV, washer and dryer, wireless internet, free long distance phone calls in Continental United States, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and North Marian Islands, all bedroom and bathroom linens and a hair dryer in each bathroom. And of course this vacation
villa is fully air conditioned and heated.
