Oceanfront w Pool at Casita Blanca! Great May Sale! in Puerto Morelos

The pictures above were taken looking straight out from our balcony! We have an honestly unobstructed view of the beach and ocean! No buildings or trees in front of us, no streets to cross! This is why you go on vacation! Everything you are looking for is at Casita Blanca--oceanfront, great view, pool, free Wi-Fi and all this in a quaint and un-touristy town! This is a spacious, fully A/C'd 2 BR, 2 bath oceanfront condo. The sliding glass doors in the living room open to a large 5' x 15' balcony with this unbeatable view. Our 2nd floor location offers you security and privacy--you can leave the windows and slider open when you go to the beach, town or to bed. Fall asleep listening to the ocean and feeling the breezes blowing through the condo!
Owned by a retired professional chef who has equipped the kitchen with quality utensils, cookware, and glassware (also plastic ones for around the pool). We have a hot and cold water dispenser, microwave, tiled countertops and much more. We also have fine quality linens and towels (including plenty of beach towels and extra pillows). Our furniture was chosen for your comfort and neeeds. We have a recliner---not frequently seen in Mexico, and great for you lounging types!--and a dining room table with cushioned seats (I don't like to always sit on wood chairs!) Immense amount of closet space in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen pillowtop beds, one bedroom has a private full tiled bathroom with shower, and there is also a second tiled full bathroom in the unit.
There is a safe in the condo, and we also supply a locking cabinet for your larger valuables such as laptops or cameras (although Puerto Morelos is a very safe community). We supply an incredible amount of RECENT movie tapes, DVDs, CDs and books, covering every taste (at least 30 or more movies, and updated every 6 months). We even have a Meade telescope for stargazers! Use it manually or hook it up to your laptop for instant location of constellations. We update the restaurant and local info books in the condo every 6 months, too.

ABOUT CASITA BLANCA
Casita Blanca is often rated #1 on Trip Advisor's Specialty Lodging in Puerto Morelos! Read the reviews yourself, and please note how many people commented on our friendly and helpful managers and staff! 8 blocks (10-15 minute walk) north of the town square. You can walk to town by road or beach. There are only 20 units, so it is never crowded, but also there are always people staying or living here, so you will never be alone in the complex either! There are at least 6 palapas and plenty of loungers around the pool and on the beach, so you can have your choice of sun or shade (and no one does that "towel saving a spot" thing). The condo pool is 22' x 30', which is large for such a small complex. There is a convenient outdoor shower and foot bath pool so you can clean off the beach sand before you return to your condo or the pool. There is even a kite surfing kiosk on the beach in the high season (and also randomly other times), so you can have free entertainment (or maybe you might try it yourself!)

Our managers are extremely congenial and speak English well. Roberto and Selene pride themselves in making sure your vacation is hassle-free. They provide a free outside phone by their office where you can directly call either Roberto or the cab company, too!
You can also have a massage and/or facial on the beach by our local masseuse. There is a laundry room (for a fee) in the complex--always in working order. Twice weekly maid service. Cable TV, unlimited purified water

ABOUT PUERTO MORELOS:
Known for fishing and snorkeling/scuba. The reef is straight off the beach from our condo, and there are plenty of guide boats for tours (about $25 per person). If you hang a towel from our balcony, you can show people on your boat where you are staying--the reef is that close! You can even have the snorkel boat pick you up here! Needless to say, fishing is also great!
Puerto Morelos is also known for its many restaurants--ranging from casual to special occasion. There is even a beach bar right next door to our complex. On weekends and high season, they also have an outdoor barbeque.
Puerto Morelos is best known for a laid back, relaxing vacation. It is also a great home base for day trips to Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Xcaret, Tulum, Chichen Itza, and other Yucatan sites. There is an unbelievable availability of cabs and buses, and we'll be happy to give you info before your trip that may save you having to rent a car.

We have been renting vacation properties near our home for many years. We chose this condo so we could get away once in a while ourselves but decided to rent to subsidize our own vacations--and now we find ourselves squeezing in between rentals! We consider our properties to be our livelihood, not a sideline. We want you, our guests, to leave feeling you had a great time at a great place! We have had many repeat renters and also our renters who have referred their family and friends---thank you!

We try our best to describe the property fairly and accurately. With our manager's help, we maintain it in fresh, guest ready condition, frequently update our webpages to reflect current conditions, and set our rates at or below market conditions. We don't add hidden charges. We promise our property will be as represented on our webpage when you arrive. We appreciate and act on the feedback of our clients.

Snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, kitesurfing, sightseeing (Mayan ruins, crocodile farm, Xcaret, botanical gardens), swimming, kayaking, boating, sailing, massages on the beach. Plenty of restaurants with a variety of ethnic foods (Asian, Italian, German, French, and of course Mexican). Most restaurants specialize in fresh caught seafood and fish. You can take a cab to the main road ($2), then catch the modern and comfortable buses to Cancun or Playa del Carmen for the day (another $4). Puerto Morelos is best for a calm, laid back, relaxing vacation, though!
