Courts, Playground Area, Putting Green and 2 Laundry Rooms. Our 2
bedroom, 2 1/2 bath 1275 sq. ft. townhouse has been nicely remodeled
with new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, tile/carpet and new
furnishings. A home away from home.

Our bedrooms are furnished with a king size bed in the master
bedroom and a queen in the other one, each with their own
bathrooms. There is a living room/dining area, fully equipped
kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffemaker, toaster, etc.,
another living room with sleeper sofa, 1/2 bath, and a screened in
patio. All utilities included, 3 tvs/2 dvds/cable, washer/dryer in unit.  Also all linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, rafts, fishing poles, and BBQ provided. Everything you need for a perfect vacation. (Internet Available)

Minutes away from Gulf Beaches, Ft. DeSoto State Park, Sporting
events, Outlet malls and shopping centers, Restaurants, John's Pass
Village, Dog Track, The Pier, Deep Sea Fishing, Parasailing, etc.
Only 25 minutes to Busch Gardens, Tampa Zoo and Tampa Airport or 90
minutes to Orlando and Disney World.
