terrace.   This beautiful Condo is completely furnished and well equipped.
With Sofa bed and a second full bathroom it can accommodate up to 4 people.
Bedroom and Living room have A/C units.

    Shopping Plaza at Walk Distance (Beauty Salon, Grocery Store, Internet and
Calling Boots, Restaurants).
Car Rentals (Avis, Alamo, National, and locals).

Activities and Attractions

    Condo is Located on the Beach of "El Cortecito" in the Punta Cana-Bavaro Area.
The Beach is the #1 attraction in the East Coast area.    Water Sports Options:
Catamaran boat, double-decker party boats, parasailing, glass bottom boats, sport fishing,
diving, snokeling, speed boats.    There is also banana boating, kayak, windsurfing, Casinos,
tours to other parts of the Country, Gulf, four wheels tours, etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

    January to November ...............................    $700.00/week
    December to New Year ..............................    $850.00/week

    A deposit of $200.00 will secure booking, balance payable one week prior to arrival.
A returnable Security deposit of $200.00 will be require.  A $20.00 extra pp/pn will be
charge on party over two.
    We have Special Rates for Long Terms rent.
