Indulge yourself in large, luxurious suites - a perfect setting to enjoy the hospitality of old
Hawaii in this gracious, kama'aina home, near Kailua, on windward Oahu.
Draw inspiration from over an acre of gardens with a beautiful array of tropical flowers, native
trees, walking paths with private alcoves and delightful sitting areas to view spectacular scenery.
Sun by the pool or at one of Oahu's best beaches, sightsee or shop, or participate in myriad island
activities - most only 5 to 30 minutes away.
The Cottage Suite
A pretty little cottage with a queen size bed, fine linens, and porcelain tile floors. The private
bath with a tiled shower has a hair dryer, lots of fluffy towels and a shower dispenser with shampoo,
conditioner and shower gel.
Open a window for the perfume of beautiful rainbow plumerias, just outside, when in bloom, and lovely
views of park-like gardens. Enjoy your own private outdoor sitting area to relax, read and sun.

The Mauka and Makai Suites
Enjoy one of two large, bedroom suites, each furnished with two, comfortable, double beds, fine
linens, Persian carpets laid over porcelain tile floors with Hawaiian quilt tile accents - each with
spectacular mountain views from their comfortable sitting areas.
The private suites share, via double French doors, a common eating /kitchenette area to enjoy morning
coffee and continental style breakfast fixings or an afternoon snack and a refreshing, cold drink.
Each suite includes a flat screen television with DVD/VHS player, clock radio and CD player. Open
sliding glass doors and/or windows and enjoy a cooling breeze or the air-conditioning on warmer
days.
Vacation Rental Amenities
There is a comfortable reception gallery with garden and mountain views. Enjoy a conversation,
music, a good book, magazine or game or access to the internet via a Macintosh iMac. Meditate in the
small, private, orchid garden just off the gallery.
Borrow a Video, DVD, Hawaiian CD and/or book from the reception gallery library for a quiet afternoon
or evening in your suite.
You will find a welcome basket which includes assorted muffins, breads, coffee and tea, fruit and
treats, in addition to the amply stocked kitchenettes. The Mauka and Makai Suites share a
pleasant eating area and kitchenette with an under counter refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven,
microwave, slow cooker, portable induction cooktop, blender and even a dishwasher. The Cottage Suite
has it's own kitchenette and eating area with a refrigerator, cooktop, toaster, microwave, blender
and coffee maker.
We want to make your visit as pleasant as possible. We'll provide you with pool side towels and
lounge chairs. Going to the beach? We'll supply the beach mats and coolers. Need to do a load of
laundry before traveling on? That's easily arranged for a small fee.
Activities and Attractions
We're located 5-10 minutes from 5 golf courses, 4-5 minutes from Kailua town whcich offers a host of
wonderful little shops and myriad restaurants. Water sports abound at Kailua Beach or just relax on the
beach. Swim with the dolphins at Sea life Park or the sharks on the North Shore. Visit the only royal
palace in the US, unique museums, art galleries, theater and concert events. Many weekends feature
cultural events. Most points of interest are within 45 minutes away. Visitor information at the airport
will let you know of current activities available during your stay.

The Makai Suite: $160 per night
The Mauka Suite: $160 per night
The Cottage Suite: $160 per night
Suites may be booked separately - Mauka and Makai Suites
share the kitchen between them
Extra person $25 per night.

12% Hawaii State Taxes
A departure cleaning fee of $60 per suite
Suites can accommodate two adults, sorry we are not able to accommodate children.
There is a three night minimum - less than 3 nights add $25 per night
Extra person $25 per night in the Makai and Mauka Suites - there are only 2 full beds ,an extra
person must share.
Cottage only accommodates 2 adults.
This is a smoke free property
All Suites are 99% free of five, well-behaved cats
Check in 3pm • Check out 10am • Please advise of early and late arrivals. We will try our best to
accommodate you.
Payments may be made via Master Card or Visa. Reservations accepted on a first paid basis.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of confirmation of dates, the balance 90 days prior to arrival.
Full payment is required for bookings with arrival less than 90 days.
Due to our limited size, cancellations or reductions in booked nights seriously affect us.
Cancellations, for any reason, made more than 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded - less a $100
cancellation fee per suite.
Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit the payment unless suite(s) can be
rebooked for the same duration. If not, the credit may be transferred without penalty for future
reservations of the same duration at Hawaiian Quilt Hale within the calendar year.
If you have a last minute change in arrival or departure days we will try to accommodate you. If we
are unable to, the above fees will apply for any nights canceled.
