Located on Boca Ciega Bay and just across the street from the beach
and Gulf of Mexico, Bahia Mar Resort offers magnificent views of the beach and sunsets over the Gulf as well as breat taking bay views. The unit offers a very luxurious,
fully equipped 3 br/3bath condo with all the amenities you could
want. The Resort has a pool/spa and deck all at the waters edge where
you can relax and soak up the warm Florida sunshine.
As the day draws to a close, enjoy a breath taking sunset from your
private balcony.

We offer 3 bedroom, 3 bath fully equipped luxury air conditioned
unit with 3 private balconies that overlooks the beach and Gulf of
Mexico and Boca Ciega Bay. The in room amenities include a very large
fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a full size stove,
dishwasher, Microwave oven, coffee maker and refridgerator. The condo
also offers a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, telephone, cable TV,
DVD player and stereo, flat screen TV's in living room and bedrooms,
a fireplace, walk in closets and a spa type master bathroom.
Linens and towels are provided.
The Resort offers a spacious pool right at the waters
edge.
The unit also comes with a boat slip for your boating pleasure.

Waverunners & power boat rentals as well as parasailing are a short
distance away. Miniature golf is located nearby as well as shops and
restaurants.
Busch Gardens is only a 35 minute drive away, and the attractions of
Disney, Seaworld and Universal Studios will only take you 90 minutes
by car.

A $250 deposit is required for a stay of 1 to 2 weeks or $500 for longer than a 2 week stay. Our cancellation policy would be $25 if cancelled outside of 60 days of your date of arrival or the whole deposit if cancelled within 60 days.
