Vacation Rental Description
This Non smoking, oceanfront condo is on the beach. All rooms
feature ocean views, except the bathroom and second bedroom. The
kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils. The
master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom 2 twin beds,
and the living room a sofa sleeper. There is also a portable full
size futon for a possible sixth person which can easily accommodate
children. The ground floor private deck overlooks the boardwalk and
has patio seating for 4. There is one parking space adjacent to the
condo large enough to fit a big vehicle.
The unit is located on the 1st floor, in the middle of the building
in a 3 story complex. The condo is located halfway between the
Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster.
Daily room service is not avaiable.
