Beautiful sprawling ranch has a seperate Master Bedroom Suite with large closets, bathroom and a
view of the lake. Two other bedrooms share a large bath. On the other side of the house is a private
Guest Suite with it's own entrance, bathroom and sun room. There is a large eat in kitchen and a
breakfast bar. Very large living room/dinning room combination. Beautiful deck with great view of
the lake and long dock. Relax on the picnic table nestled under the large pine trees after a ride on
the paddle boat.

Large fully equipped eat in kitchen plus breakfast bar. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker and
blender. Plenty of china, glassware, silverware and utensils. Separate laundry room and mud room
right off the kitchen. There is a large deck off the dining room and sun room. Deck chairs and
tables and gas grill. Paddle boat, TV, cable, VHS and DVD. There are two additional cable hook ups.
Master suite has a king bed. Other bedrooms have one queen and one double. Guest suite has a queen
sofa bed and sun room has a day bed. All beds have mattress pads. Please provide your own sheets
and towels. All beds have bed spreads and there is a supply of pillows and blankets. No Smoking –
No Pets.

There is a large public park on our block with a track, tenni s
courts, and playgrounds. There is a convenience store across the
street from the park. We are about 20 minutes from Chautauqua
Institution and minutes to boat rentals, restaurants and shops.
