Vacation Rental Description

Living areas:  
 
When you walk thru the front door you will see the kitchen and  
dining area to the right and the secondary bedrooms and baths to  
your left.  The living room has ample seating for the whole family  
with a big screen TV, DVD, cable and two ceiling fans for your  
enjoyment. 
 
Bedrooms: 
 
Master beedroom is fully furnished with a Cal. King bed, 32" TV with  
DVD, cable, ceiling fan, skylight, walk in closet and a walk in  
shower.  The second bedroom has a futon couch that opens to a  
fullsize bed, closet and a 19" TV, cable and ceiling fan.  The third  
bedroom has a double bed with dresser, TV, DVD, cable, CD radio, a  
ceiling fan and a full size bathroom.  There are two twin size air  
mattresses and one queen with linens just in case!! 
 
Outside, this is where the fun is!! 
 
The patio is fully furnished with tables, chairs, umbrella, chaise  
lounges, gas BBQ, CD radio/boombox and mister system.  Covered patio  
with cool decking (feet won't get hot).  There is a pool with a  
waterfall and an above ground Jacuzzi under the patio with drop down  
shades for privacy. 
 
The house sits on a huge 10,000 sq ft lot.  There is RV parking with  
RV hookups.  Plenty of parking for boats, RV's, cars, motorcycles  
and dune buggies all at the same time!!  There is also a regulation  
size Ping-pong table in the garage. 
 
Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY!

marina. There is waterskiing, wakeboarding, sailing, parasailing,  
fishing, hiking and camping on the water. Off the water...bring your  
motorcycles and dirt bikes where you can wheelie through the back  
roads and washes to plenty of off-road trails. A Riders Paradise  
within minutes from the house.  You'll love shopping, cinema,  
gourmet dining, night life, golf including a newly opened Arnold  
Palmer Golf Course, river tours, water park with wave pool, casinos,  
exploring historical Route 66 or nearby Indian ruins, The London  
Bridge, Day trips to Laughlin, Las Vegas or the Grand Canyon, just  
to name a few. 
 
In this southside family home you can play ping-pong, board games,  
watch TV or a movie.  Outside you can BBQ, play in the pool, and  
best of all...RELAX in the jacuzzi while enjoying Havasu's beautiful  
sunsets.  

Vacation Rental Rates

October thru April - "Snowbird Rates": 
 
$150.00 per night Sun thru Thurs  
$200.00 per night Fri and Sat (two night minimum) 
$250.00 per night for Holiday Weekends (three night minimum) 
$700.00 per week  
$1,000.00 per week that includes Christmas and New Years 
$1,800.00 per month (1st day of the month until the last day of the 
          month - Not including utilities) 
 
May thru September rates: 
 
$200.00 per night Sun thru Thurs (two night minimum) 
$250.00 per night Fri and Sat (two night minimum) 
$325.00 per night(3 night minimum)for Memorial and Labor Day wknds 
$900.00 per week  
$1,200.00 per week that has Memorial Day and Labor Day 
$2,000.00 per month (1st day of the month until the last day of the 
          month - Not including utilities) 
 
 
**Security Deopsits -  $1,000.00 
                        
***Cleaning Fees - $100.00 - $150.00 (If comforters have to be dry  
                    cleaned or carpets need spot cleaning)
