Vacation Rental Description

A three bed/ two bathroom Designer home close to the Golf Course and 
amenities.  Includes a golf cart.

This 3 bedroom/2 bath home is located in Stonecrest and was built in
2003 and furnished with care. We want this to be your home away from 
home. The dining area, with table and four chairs, has a sliding 
glass door that opens onto the patio. The living room features a 
sofa and Leather chair. Color TV with basic cable is included.

The bedroom has a queen—sized bed, dresser/mirror along with a night 
stand. There is a private bathroom and a walk—in closet. The guest 
bedroom contains a bed and chest of drawers along with a night 
stand. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination. The fully 
equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, a large refrigerator, electric 
range, dishwasher, built in microwave, waste disposal unit, coffee 
maker, toaster, and an electric can opener. Cooking equipment, 
dishes, silverware and glasses are also provided. A telephone is 
installed. Has a two car garage. We hope you will find our home as 
comfortable and pleasing as we do. All you need to pack are your 
toothbrushes and golf clubs!

Stonecrest is a golf cart adult gated community offering a variety 
of amenities including: an 18 and 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, 
bocce 
ball, swimming pools, a softball field and a Recreation Center. 
Everything is within easy reach by car or golf cart. The list seems 
to be endless. Participate in as much or as little as you want. 

Located in central Florida, it is an easy drive to Disney
World, the Gulf and the Atlantic Coast and the Kennedy Space Center.
