Relax and enjoy this lovely oceanfront home in an exclusive gated
community, minutes from the heart of downtown Kona. Watch cruise
ships pass by and experience beautiful Kona sunsets and whale
watching right from the deck. The 2nd floor contains the master
suite with two queen beds and adjoining bath. On the main floor
there are two bedrooms; one with 2 twin beds, the other has a queen
bed. Two full bathrooms and the laundry room are also on the main
floor. This house is perfect for family entertaining! From the
greatroom, six French doors open onto the expansive deck overlooking
the ocean. From each bedroom you can walk out onto the deck or lanai
to enjoy your morning coffee and plan a day of adventure or
relaxation. This ideal private location is steps away from the ocean
and there's a lovely shallow water beach just a short walk from from
the house.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge. BBQ,
Cable TV's, linens/towels. The 24-hour security gate
and patrols help maintain the tranquil setting of this upscale
private community. Tropical ocean breezes and ceiling fans cool the
main floor - the upstairs suite is fully air conditioned. We have some beach items such as mats plus for the Keiki (children) we have some toys and a booster seat. Check-in 3PM Check-out noon unless other arrangements made.
