This spectacular luxury retreat was designed by
an award-winning architect and is nested in Colorado's
majestic San Juan Mountain Range. Our 5 bedroom plus sleeping loft
home, has amazing views that include: the three fourteen
thousand foot peaks of the Wilson Range, Sunshine Peak, the entire
San Sofia Ridge Mountains above Telluride, 4 complete holes of the
Telluride Golf Course,and a major portion of the Telluride
Ski Area, from the Gondola to Gold Hill. There is 6655 square feet
of living space plus 1900 square feet of deck and patio which wrap
around the front of the home. It is the perfect place to view the
breathtaking alpin-glow on the surrounding mountains and the
spectacular sunsets, and is the ideal location for viewing wildlife
such as elk, owl, deer, coyote, and the beautiful Rocky Mountain
Bluebirds. With over 300 days of sunshine on average per year in
Telluride, you will be able to take full advantage of the long sunny
days, as the house faces south and has lots of windows.

This home is a sport playground, with the ski area only a few blocks
away, the golf course right next door, the Adams Ranch
private tennis court about 200-feet away, and lots of mountain
biking and cross country ski trails out the back door. Inside the
home are: an Ohlhausen pool table, a golf driving range, tennis
practice area, and a ping-pong table.
For relaxation, there are two large indoor jetted hot tubs, one 7
person outdoor hot tub, four showers, two of which are steam
showers, a professional massage table, and a reading nook
upstairs.

This is a popular place to hold weddings (with up to 75
guests) & receptions because of its unique floor plan and beautiful
views. Caterers love the huge state of the art kitchen.

Corporate retreat and business meetings are often held in this rental
because of its large, octagonal dining room table that can
also serve as a 16-seat conference table.

Mountain Village has: the biggest supermarket in the area, a post
office, banks, restaurants, retail shops, a free dial-a-ride
service, and gondola which makes it the most convenient place to
stay.

With a blend of American Southwest and old world style, a cozy
fireplace and incredible scenery, guests enjoy the conveniences of
home and luxury in this mountain retreat.

Thermadore double grill with 36,000 BTU of cooking power;
-Two large kitchen islands: the food preparation island (measures 30
inches x 87 inches) has its own sink, microwave, and Asko
dishwasher; the cleanup island (measures 42 inches x 87 inches) has
a large double sink and Asko dishwasher;
-Side by side full-sized Subzero refrigerator and freezer, with
approximately 40 cubic feet of cold storage with ice-maker; (there
are two more Subzero under-counter refrigerator/freezer combos with
icemakers in the living room and family room wet bar areas);
-Beautifully designed and custom-built 12-foot wide chandelier fully
illuminates all areas of the kitchen; (it houses five zones, with
dimmer controls for 24 - 75watt halogen bulbs);
-Large Sharp carousel microwave oven;

One month price is: $30,000 (ski season), $24,000 (summer)
Day rates for Wedding parties in main house-8AM-Midnight $2500 (max-
75 guests). 3 night summer wedding special is $3000, including party.
All of Telluride area requires an additional sales/room tax.
