Vacation Rental Description

Our spacious and well-appointed, one-bedroom condominium offers an 
ideal romantic getaway with a stunning oceanfront view of Las Hadas 
Bay and the Pacific Ocean beyond.

Karen Brown, author of a series of top selling guide books on 
special accommodations around the world, owns the adjacent property 
and boasts of the "breathtaking views that cannot be surpassed 
anywhere in Mexico, not at any price."

Take a stroll down to the secluded (and vendor-free) beach or pool 
to swim, sunbathe, nap, or just read a good book by day. In the 
evenings, admire the spectacular Pacific sunsets and the glimmering 
lights of the Las Hadas resort, resembling a scene from a Thousand 
and One Nights across the bay.

The condo was fully renovated in early 2006, including new kitchen, 
bathroom and furnishings, down to the highest quality linens for our 
guests' maximum comfort. 

The majority of our guests have been enjoying Riviera Mar for many 
years running - including a few for more than a decade. We would be 
happy to provide their references to any prospective guests.

The Riviera Mar property is immaculately maintained, very safe, 
enjoys a private swimming pool, a full-time, bilingual manager, and 
a full complement of cleaning and gardening staff.

Virtually anything one could want is available within a short 
distance of the condominium, including supermarkets, restaurants, 
convenience stores, banks and ATM machines, modern pharmacies, 
travel agents, car rental companies, etc.

Less than a 15-minute walk along the golf course or a short bus or 
taxi ride is the Plaza Manzanillo, a modern shopping centre with a 
number of boutiques as well as a large, modern supermarket offering 
virtually any food item one desires.

area, two of which are on Golf Digest's ten best courses in Mexico, 
The Roy Dye-designed La Mantarraya, which has been ranked amongst 
the 100 Best Courses in the World By Golf Digest, wraps around the 
property, and its Clubhouse is a Very Short Walk from the 
Condominium, Half or Full-day Deep-sea Fishing Charters depart daily 
from the Las Hadas Marina, which is less than a five-minute walk 
from the Condominium, Wonderful Volcanic Rock Beds right in front of 
Riviera Mar and throughout the Nearby Beaches which provide 
Tremendous and Easily Accessible Snorkeling Opportunities, 
Windsurfing, Sea Kayaking, Water Skiing, Tennis and Horseback Riding 
Facilities are all available nearby

Apr-Nov Inclusive .. $500/week .. $450/week (for three week-plus 
rentals).
Dec-Mar ............ $700/week (no high season discounts)
