the few private beaches in Southern California. This quiet and
unique community was first established in 1929. Inspired by the
original island-city of Saint Malo located off the Brittany Coast of
France. Let this charming French Villa in Oceanside, California give
you memories that will stay with you forever.
This charming home has four bedrooms with an optional 5th bedroom
and sleeps 10. There are three bathrooms. Our guests enjoy newly
renovated interiors and accommodations apart from other vacation
rentals. Handmade Saltillo floor tiles throughout the entire home
give it a warm and inviting glow. French doors and corridors of
windows encompass your own private courtyard. Surround yourself with
17th century handmade Delft tiles while soaking in the whirlpool tub
in the master bathroom. Warm yourself by the fireplace while
enjoying your favorite programs on a 54" screen television with
surround sound system, CD, DVD, VHS. Cable and internet
connection . See and hear the many species of indigenous wild life
protected within the Buena Vista Lagoon wildlife sanctuary from the
back yard or either of the two back bedrooms.

This secluded private community is located on one of the few private
beaches in Southern California. Enjoy private tennis courts. It is
close to Carlsbad Village with its great restaurants and charming
antique shops as well as Oceanside Harbor and Pier where you can,
rent boats, surf, kayak, book a fishing charter or just around.
For day trips, the Coaster Commuter train as well as Amtrak train
station is just a few minutes drive away. Many other local
entertainment destinations such as, Legoland, Knott's Soak City
Water park, San Diego Wild Animal Park, The World Famous San Diego
Zoo, downtown San Diego, Petco Park-Padres Baseball, Qualcomm
Stadium-Chargers Football, Del Mar Race Track, Balboa Park, the Old
Globe Theater & museums, Historic Old Town, Coronado Bridge, Sea
World and Mission Bay Park, many local premier golf courses to
choose from, Torrey Pines Nature Preserve, Scripps
Aquarium and the award winning La Jolla Playhouse are all an easy
drive from St. Malo.

Taxes and Security Deposits
• 50% of the Deposit is due upon reservation. Balance to be
paid in full 60 days prior to the reservation date. Security deposit
is $750.00. Cleaning & unit turnover fee $275.
• Payment options: Cashiers Check, Money Order or Wire
Transfer.
• The rent, tax (10%) and the security should be included in
the above amounts.
• Any reservation made less than 60 days prior to rental
period must be paid with a cashiers check, cash or wired transfer.
• Your security /telephone deposits is fully refundable if the
rental is left clean and undamaged, and after we have received the
phone bill to verify all outgoing call. Local calls are free.
This takes approximately 30 days.
• The full amount (balance) of rent, tax, and security deposit
is due 60 days prior to the reservation date.
• All deposits are non-refundable. In the event we are able
to re-rent the home, the deposit will be returned to you with the
exception of a $275.00 cancellation fee.
