Vacation Rental Description

This beautifully open and airy 1500 sq. ft. condominium nestled 
within the fragrant pines is certain to make for a wonderfully 
peaceful and relaxing vacation.  Enjoy our two-story, three-bedroom, 
two bath condominium located in Lake Village Resort.  The condo 
sleeps up to six people quite comfortably, with one new king-size bed 
and two queen-size beds.  The condo was renovated recently. 
The two-car garage will be handy whether you visit during winter or 
summer.  

Lake Village is a fifty-six acre resort area located one mile north 
of Stateline, on the south side of the Lake.  This resort is only one 
mile from five casinos and two miles from the Heavenly Ski Resort.  
The complex includes a private clubhouse with heated pool, spacious 
hot tub and sauna rooms, and tennis courts, ping-pong and a billards 
table.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo includes all the amenities of home and more:  full kitchen 
with marble countertops, mountain view, fireplace, cathedral 
ceilings, private deck and self-sufficient bar area.  Other amenities 
include three televisons, one a new 42-inch LCD, DVD/VCR and tapes, 
microwave, coffee grinder and coffee maker,rice cooker, pancake 
griddle, waffle maker, and a full-sized washer & dryer, clean linens 
and towels, and bath amenities. Numerous board games, DVD/VCR, tapes, 
and music CDs are in the unit for your enjoyment.  

Activities and Attractions

Activities available at the Condo include swimming, tennis, jacuzzi,  
and sauna. Less than 1 mile from South Lake Tahoe, downhill and cross 
country skiing, gambling, hiking, and golf. Can walk a beautiful 
trail to the Lake, a little over a mile through both woods and 
prairie.

Vacation Rental Rates

The rate for September 3 - December 18 is $150.00/night.
The rate for December 19 - January 5 is $250.00/night.
The rate for January 6 - March 15 is $200.00/night.
The rate for March 16 - June 15 is $150.00/night. 
The rate for June 16 - Sept 2 is $200.00/night.
The above excludes a County 10% occupancy tax.
For minimum 7 day rentals, there is a 10% discount.
Minimum two night rentals on weekend and holidays
Cleaning at cost, $125 deposit, with refund what is not charged.
No smoking and no pets
