Vacation Rental Description

property is literally a few feet away from the Indian River Lagoon 
and the first national park in the US Pelican Island.

Watch breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from your waterfront 
balconies equipped with your own private bar area. The space shuttle 
lifts off in front of your private villa as you watch the dolphins

Just minutes away is the Sebastian Inlet famous for its surfing, 
swimming, beaches, ocean and lagoon sports fishing. Golf, sky 
diving, 
bird watching, diving, treasure hunting, and Pelican Island 
excursions are all just a few minutes away. The famous Disney 
Resort, 
Mel Fisher Treasure Museum, and Jungle Trail are also close by.

Speaking of Disney, we are only one hour and 15 minutes from Disney 
World and only one-and-one-half hours away from Palm Beach and all 
of 
its shopping. Melbourne to the North is a vibrant space community 
that host the Kennedy Space Center, a must see.

But the best part of our villas is that its brand new and the 
setting 
is peaceful and quiet with local restaurants within walking distance 
that specializes in local seafood. Locals bars and hang outs are 
always welcoming newcomers.

Local entertainment abounds every night of the week and you will 
feel 
far removed from the fast-paced world you came from.
