This 3000 sq. ft beautiful oceanview home across the street from the
beach is the ideal place to be in Oceanside. Walk out your front
door and your 50 yards from the sand. This luxury home boasts
granite countertops, two fireplaces, a separate living and family
room, formal dining and stunning interior. Two master suites are
embellished with their own private decks. Third patio consists of
traverntine flooring with a closet full of beach toys and patio chairs.
There are four large completely remodeled and upgraded bedrooms as of
May 2008. EVERY ROOM HAS ITS OWN TV!! THE TWO MASTERS HAVE WALL
HANGING HUGE HI-DEF PLASMA TV's WITH NO WIRES (hidden in the
wall)...and are embellished with their own private decks. The living
room HI-DEF 52" plasma is hung with no wires and a brand new surround
sound system!!
The third story deck is the place you will be watching the panoramic
view of the Pacific Ocean and gorgeous sunsets. There are four large
bedrooms and three and a half baths on the second floor. This house
is set up for an incredible beach town experience. Including beach
cruiser bicycles, board games, boogie boards, lots of DVDS, and beach towels and chairs. We also have a large canopy for long days at the beach.
This house is within an hour of Southern Californias best
attractions: Disneyland, San Diego ZOO, Sea World, Wild Animal Park.
