The Corey House in La Jolla

The Corey House of La Jolla is a relaxing beach cottage, only two and
a half blocks to the world-famous Windansea Beach This home has all
the amenities you will need to enjoy and wonderful vacation at the beach.

This home has 1 large loft bedroom with 2 queen beds and 1 full
bathroom with claw foot tub, glass tile work and marble countertops.
The living room is fully equipped with a comfortable couch and love
seat and cable television with DVD player. In addition, there is a
stereo with CD player and a telephone with answering machine for local
calls. All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach
towels) are provided.

The full kitchen has brand new stainless steel oven, refrigerator,
dishwasher and microwave. This home comes complete with all dishes,
glassware, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven, as well as all
kitchen utensils and small appliances necessary to prepare any meal.

A full size washer and dryer are located in the home for your
convenience.

Corey House features a patio area, prefect for an intimate evening
with family and friends under the sparkling stars. This area
includes outdoor dining table and chairs, a propane gas BBQ, and beautiful landscaping and flowers.

A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. In addition this house offers off street parking for one car. We also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small
children, we provide a pak-n-play crib, highchair, noise monitor and
baby gates with the rental of this home. You can also rent additional
items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, etc. for an
additional delivery fee.

This home has both cable TV and Wireless internet to ensure that you stay connected while on vacation. Plus we offer bicycles and a wagon to help you get around town and see all the sights the city has to offer! If a day of adventure is what you look for we offer discount amusement park tickets available on request.

In addition, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to
the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your
credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before
5pm PST the day prior to your arrival. For a complete list of items

Within a 3 block area you can walk to everything you need in 5 minutes
- beach, shops, casual or world class dining and enjoy the best
Mediterranean climate. Driving a short distance will bring you to the
world famous San Diego Zoo, the downtown Gaslamp Quarter, Sea World,
Mission Bay. For the explorer, a two hour drive will take you to
mountains at 6,000 feet or the desert below sea level - probably the
most varied terrain of anywhere imaginable.

These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee and damage waiver
