the patio that overlooks the river, built in BBQ and bar area. Just below is your own private dock.  
Gourmet kitchen has side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, double oven, coffee maker  
and much more. Large walk-in pantry in kitchen. Dining table that seats 8 people and bar with 4  
stools. Entertainment center with DVD player and satellite TV, large semi-circle couch for relaxing.  
Office area with desk. Separate downstairs laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Workout  
room in the garage with TV. Downstairs bedroom has a Queen size bed and own private full bathroom  
with shower/tub.  
 
Master bedroom has its own private deck with Jacuzzi and mountain/river views. King size bed,  
bathroom with separate shower and tub. Another bedroom with a Queen size bed and its own private  
bathroom. The two other bedrooms (One Twin and One Double) share a bathroom with double sinks,  
shower/tub and toilet.
