Executive rental!  Brand new on the golf course.  Fully furnished approx. 2100 sq.ft. 3 bdrm, 3 full 
bath. Wood floors thruout main living areas.  Dbl showerheads and full tile baths. (no tubs)

Great room with gas fireplace, flat screen/DVD/Satellite, new La-Z-Boy sectional sofa w/chaise. 
Separate reading area.

Full kitchen: Dbl electric ovens, electric glasstop stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, 
coffeemaker, full sz refrig w/water & ice, full pantry, all pots/pans, glassware, dishes, utensils.  
Breakfast bar AND full separate dining area.

Laundry room with full sz washer/dryer.

3 bdrm: 2 King(s), 1 Queen.  All set up with linens/pillows/blankets and towels in each bath. Two 
King rooms are en suite. Queen shares Main bath.
All bedrooms have flat screen satellite TV.

Huge, huge, huge backyard deck overlooks golf course fairway.  
Electronic dart board in garage/game rm.
Plenty of room to roam inside or out!

Activities and Attractions

Arizona's White Mountains: just 2 1/2 hrs drive from the Phoenix Metro area.  Two routes:  (1) from 
State Route 87 thru Payson across the majestic Mogollon Rim and thru Heber/Overgaard OR (2) from 
U.S. 60 East thru Globe/Miami and the beautiful Salt River Canyon.  Either route offers spectacular 
views!

Cities of Show Low, Pinetop/Lakeside and surrounding areas abound with numerous organized events & 
year-round activities: ie: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, tubing, sleigh 
rides, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, backpacking, mountain biking, motorcycling, 
hiking, fishing, golfing, wildlife viewing, antiquing.

Approx. 38 lakes in/around the White Mountains!!!  Contact Fish & Game for licensing requirements. 

ALL reservation lakes require a permit to enter reservation property PLUS a fishing license.  
Permits are available at the Hondah Resort Gas Station.

Fool Hollow Lake within walking distance of our home (less than 1 mile) for fishing, boating, 
picnicking, walking or hiking.

Honda Casino & Resort approx. 30~40 min. drive.

Sunrise Park Resort Ski Area approx. 45 min. drive.  Base elevation: 9,300 feet.  Peak elevation: 
11,000 feet.  Average of 300+ inches of snow/year.  Open late Nov. OR early Dec.

Golf courses, restaurants, movie theatres, bowling alley just minutes drive.

May 1 thru Sept. 30 (Summer):
Weekend(s) - Fri/Sat - 2/night MIN. $350.00/night
Weekday(s) - Sun/Thurs - 2/night MIN. $300.00/night
Weekly - 7/night MIN. $1925.00/week
Monthly - 30 consecutive calendar days - $4500.00/month

Oct. 1 thru April 30 (Winter):
Weekend(s) - Fri/Sat - 2/night MIN. $250.00/night ($300.00/night in seasons with good snow!)
Weekly - 7/night MIN. $1750.00/week ($2100.00/week in seasons with good snow!)
Monthly - 30 consecutive calendar days - $4500.00/month ($5550.00 in seasons with good snow!)

HOLIDAY WEEKEND(S) - Fri/Sat/Sun - 3/night MIN. $400.00/night
HOLIDAY WEEKLY - 7/night MIN. $2625.00/week 

Non-refundable Cleaning fee of $125.00 pre-paid for each visit.

Check, Money Order or Cash ONLY accepted.

Full rental cost PLUS $350.00 Security Deposit MUST be received 2 weeks prior to scheduled stay. 
Security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after scheduled stay after inspection/cleaning of 
premises.  
Any theft, damages or extraordinary cleaning, either accidental or deliberate, will be cause for non-
refund of security deposit. Non-negotiable.
