Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful scenic waterfront vacation retreat, sleeps six, spacious  
home located on 100ft bulkheaded waterfront canal to St. Johns  
River.  The outisde deck with views are oustanding, new boathouse  
with lift, sink, all the fishing needs.  Central located in Putnam  
County - 29 miles to the beaches in St. Augustine and Crescent  
Beach, 53 miles to Jacksonville (Jaguars), 53 miles to Daytona,  
Ocala and 91 miles to Orlano (Disney) 
Bring your boat and dock at your front door for immediate acces to  
the St Johns River and at Seven Sisters Islands.  Boat Ramp is  
minutes away from property.  The prized large mouth black bass  
abound in the St. Johns and Oklawaha River, and Rodman Reservoir,  
especially in late spring and fall. 
This property is located at 221 Camellia Dr., Satsuma, Florida,  
32189, which is Highway 17 South to Satsuma, right on Buffalo Trail  
left at Hermits cove (look for clubhouse), then left on Camellia.  
This property is located on the point of the canal, an absolutely  
beautiful waterfront location., 5 minutes  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Completely furnished -- Linens, full-service kitchen, dishes,  
utensils, pots/pans, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, toaster oven,  
electric can opener, and blender. 
Ouside has huge deck with table and chairs, ouside bar area with  
stereo, also a covered carport with a charcoal grills.  There also  
is an enclosed screen porch with TV, wicker furniture. 
Two bedrooms, (1 queen 2 doubles) 
Two baths, cable tv, DVD/VCR in living room.  Family room is wide  
open with great views of the canal and outside deck, separate dining  
area with table and chairs, washer dryer, Central Heat and Air,  
virtually everything you could need.

Activities and Attractions

Tour the wilderness, including turtles, alligators, many birds, or  
fish for various types of fish, (Bass capitol of the world) 
Lots of big bass, brim, specs caught right in the canal, don't even  
leave your dock. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$1,200 per month*, $600 per week*, $150 per night* with minimum stay  
of 2 nights.   
Security deposits will be required to reserve this property ($75  
daily, $225 weekly, or $500 monthly).  Total rental amounts are due  
in full at least two weeks prior to check-in unless other  
arrangements are made between owners and renters.  Secutiry deposits  
will be refunded within two weeks of check-out, provided there are  
no renter-related damages to property. 
Rental rates include water, electricity up to $100/month, cable tv,  
and weekly trash pickups, regular yard maintenance. 
* Holiday and Special Events (ie. biker events, racing) will be  
rated differently
