This spacious 4 bedroom townhouse is built to a very high specification.

The ground floor comprises of a covered entrance porch, entrance foyer, kitchen, dining area, great room, covered terrace, ground floor double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The specification includes a modern air-conditioning unit, washer/dryer, safe, high speed wifi internet, 42 inch flatscreen TV in living room with DVD player and flat screen TV's in all bedrooms. 

Outside are tropical landscaped gardens and a decorative brick paved parking area for two cars. There is also a balcony and patio area.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen including cook ware, dining utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, refrigerator, stove top/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and dishwasher.

Bedrooms

Beautifully furnished, your 4 Bedroom home (sleeps 2-9 but ideal for 8 or less) has 2 Master Bedrooms (1 with a King Size bed and the other with a large double bed) and 2 twin rooms (each containing 2 single beds). You have 3 bathrooms/shower-rooms with the main Master Bedroom enjoying an en suite facility. All bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes. Bath, hand towels and bed linens are all provided.

Living Room / Dining Room

Your Living Room/Dining Room is again beautifully furnished two double-seater sofas, 42 inch flat screen TV, dining table and chairs.

A patio and screen area leads from the living room and makes for a great for BBQ area. One of only a few houses at Regal Oaks to have this facility.

Families with Young Children

There is a bed guard available, a childs high chair and a travel cot.

Regal Oaks is situated in the heart of Old Town, a dining and entertainment attraction. With the excitement and night life of Old Town and with the close proximity of all of the major theme parks and attractions (Universal Studios, Disney Land, Sea World etc), Regal Oaks is extremely popular with holiday makers. There are several other dining and shopping options in the area including A&W, Flippers Pizza, Spring Roll Chinese, and Sun on the Beach Bar. And with the many championship golf courses, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants close at hand, there is always plenty to do.

Regal Oaks Activities

The resort features a beautiful tropical pool complex consisting of a swimming pool which has beach entry, lazy river, jacuzzi and sun bathing terraces. The resort incorporates its own lake and is bordered by a forested conservation area on one side and Old Town at the other.

Regal Oaks is always being improved. During 2013 it will become a gated community and from May 2013 the pool area will be closed until around February 2014 whilst the swimming pool area is expanded and enhanced. Work will also commence on a Clubhouse and multi-sport court area, encompassing tennis, basketball, soccer and volleyball. The Clubhouse will contain a pool bar, bars and restaurant, lounge bar, fitness center and convenience store as well as the Main Reception area and portico entrance.

While the main pool area is unavailable you will be able to use the swimming pool facilities at Ramada Maingate, just 2 miles west on 192. They have an indoor and outdoor heated pool.

50% Deposit is due upon confirmation of booking. Full Payment is required 8 weeks prior to check-in.  A refundable $250 security deposit  ($150 deposit for stays of 1 week or less) is also required when paying the balance 8 weeks prior to check in.

For stays of less than 1 week there is a $85 cleaning fee. If the townhouse is available, there is a discount for last minute bookings. Payment in full will be required at confirmation.


Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 4 weeks of check-in. Cancellations must be done in writing. No refunds for early departures.
