We are centrally located in the upper Keys.  Complete with 120 ft. of Dockage and Depth of 12 ft., there is ample room for your boat. The Apartment is on the ground level with open view of the Sound to take in the Morning Sunrise and Evening Sun Set.

Tropical Setting  Surrounding our entire home is a variety of Tropical Foliage with Water Fall. The Patio Deck and entrance is completely Pavered with ample room to park your vehicle in our enclosed Gated Entrance. Patio offers Gas BBQ Grill, Table, Sitting Chairs and Lounge Chairs. A Coctail Table is there for you to enjoy the View and your favorate beverage.

Apartment  1 Bedroom with 2 New Up Scale Double Beds that can convert to a Queen Size Bed. Ample Closet Space and 2 Dressers. Included are Sheets, Towels and all necessary Linens. New Washer/Dryer.  

Kitchen  Complete with All Utensils, Pots and Pans, Refrigerator/Freezer, Electric Portable Cooktops, Micro Wave, Coffee Maker, Wok, Toster and Table that seats 2 or 4.

Living Room  Queen Size Sleeper Sofa should a guest stop by and most comfortable for that afternoon Nap. New Recliner with Ottoman has been added. The Glass sliding Doors offer an Unobstructed view of the Sound. Often times you may get a glimse of our Dolphin Visitors Swimming by. Cable TV, VCR and Tape PLayer with Video Liberary there as well.

John Pennykamp State Park.  Included with your stay is our Annual Pass to gain entrance to John Pennykamp and all other State Parks throughout the Florida Keys.

Bicycles, Kayaks, Canoe.  Are available for use during your stay.

Restaurants.  A number of Restaurants are within Walking distance or short car ride. We have tried them all and happy to offer our recommendations.

Shopping.  Tradewinds Plaza is just a 10 minute ride and offers Publix Grocery Store, K Mart, Clothing Stores, Banking and others.

Activities.  World Famous Jimmy Johnson's Resort, 5 minutes from our home. 

Sandy Beach.  A Beautiful Beach is located at John Pennykamp and available during your stay. A great palce to take in a Swim and spend time under the Florida Sun. See Photo.

Overseas Highway.  Stretching 104 miles from our location to Key West there is much to offer should you plan a Daily or overnight Trip.

Wireless Connection.  High Speed Internet available for your Computer Needs.

Your Own Private Charter Boat. Because your host Dick is a Certified Charter Boat Captain, our New 26 ft. Century Boat is available for Snorkel Trips, Sightseeing, Fishing and Sun Set Trips.

John Pennykamp Coral Reef State Park.  An excellent place to Snorkel and enjoy the beauty of our Coral Reefs and Marine Life. The Coral Reefs are but a 15 minute Boat Ride from our Dock and rated the best in the Florida Keys and Western Hemisphere.
