deck with patio furniture. The two car garage has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The home has a water-softener, new furniture, all new kitchen, high quality mattresses and linens,
ALL BRAND NEW. Walk to restaurants, beach, estuary, parks or all the way to downtown Pismo Beach if
you like. You can walk on wonderful sand, collecting sand dollars as you walk. ATV rentals are
within walking distance, and the house is located across from one of the widest causeways at the
beach for very easy access.

Walk, swim, horseback, fish, boogie board, surf, ski-doo, drive, ATV ride, camp, build your beach
fire, roast marshmellows, wine taste, or relax during the day at Vista Del Oceano. Coastal wine
tasting is within a 20 minute drive.
