perfectly located on a large corner lot and backs up to conservation  
land for added privacy. NO NEIGHBOURS behind you and on one side! 
Watch the sunrise by pool while having you morning coffee.  
A championship golf course designed by Michael Dasher is right  
accross the street!  

Vacation Rental Amenities

All doors to the pool are alarmed for the safety of young children.  
* This new 2006 villa has been built with many executive upgrades. 
The Villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has 4 bedrooms 2  
masters with en-suite) plus 2 further double rooms and a queen-size  
sleeper sofa provides sleeping for a maximum of 10 adults. Three  
full  
size bathrooms are provided.  
* Home entertainment provided includes..... a large remote control  
TV  
with DVD player with Surround Sound in the lounge and additional  
TV’s  
in both master bedrooms. 
Guests can enjoy the game room that includes, table tennis, foosball  
and an electronic dart board. You can also practice putting on our  
indoor putting mat  

Activities and Attractions

Aviana Villa is within 15 minutes of Walt Disney World resort, a  
host  
of shops, bars, restaurants and Orlando’s premier attractions.  
Universal Studios Orlando and Sea World are within 30 minutes and  
Bush Gardens in Tampa is within 50 minutes.  
Greg Norman’s Champions Gate Golf Course and Highlands Reserve are  
under a 10 minute drive with another six top rated golf courses  
nearby.

Reservation less than 7 days must include a cleaning fee.
