Our emaculate condo is located on the south end of the island across
Estero Boulevard from an expansive white sand beach. Located near
the Holiday Inn and Santini Plaza you are only walking distance from
numerous activities that include shopping, restaurants, a movie
theater, snorkeling, wave runners, parasailing, and boating. Other
island destinations can easily be reached by the free trolley that
will transport you north to downtown Times Square and the pier or
south to the quiet retreat of Lover's Key.

To enhance your time in Florida, our 2-bedroom condo has been well-
maintained and includes a master bedroom with king-size bed, TV and
private bathroom; guest room with TV and bathroom; kitchen with oven,
range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker;
dinette area; laundry room with washer and dryer; great room with
cable TV, VCR, and large sliding glass door that opens to the lanai
overlooking the pool. Site amenities include your own covered
parking space with guest parking on the premises; private in-ground
heated pool; tennis courts; shuffle board area; BBQ grills; short
stroll to the mangrove preserve surrounding the back bay.

In addition to the many activities already mentioned opportunities
for fun and relaxation abound on the island. Try your luck at
fishing from our own canal, Lover's Key, or Pelican's Wharf. Take a
relaxing walk along 7 continous miles of soft, white sand beach.
Rest your feet and rent bicycles or motor scooters to zip up and down
the island. Churches are located along Estero Boulevard and are
easily accessible by car or trolley. If emergency TLC is what you
require, there is a walk-in Medical Center adjacent to Captain's
Bay. Nightlife starts with beautiful sunsets and continues with
music, karoke, dancing in nearby wartering holes.
