who are willing to share the monthly rent. No pets or smoking
allowed.
Completely furnished, equipped with all cooking utensils/pots and
pans, Dishes, Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster, Coffeemaker,
Dishwasher, Towels, Beddings, Central Air conditioning.

Private dock with davits, BBQ grill, Jacuzzi on back porch facing
canal, 2 TV's with cable, DVD and VCR player, Patio furniture,
Laundry room (washer and drier)
Refrigerator/freezer and ice maker on the outside porch.
GREAT SUNSETS ! ! Very serene and quiet neighborhood. This property
is great for snowbirds. If you need privacy and total retreat from

Boating, jet skiing, fishing, John Pennekamp State Park at mile
marker 103, where you can scuba-dive and snorkle. Tiki bar at mile
marker 76, you can enjoy dinning, dancing and live music every day

$1,000 per week
All rentals will be held with 50% booking deposit, balance due in
full on arrival date. A refundable security deposit of $500.00 will
be returned 20 days after departure upon property inspection for any damages .
When requesting quote, please specify number of adults/children in
your group. Check-in after 2:00 p.m. Check out at 12:00  p.m
We require 3 weeks cancellation notice. Rates are subject to change
without notice
