Vacation Rental Description
This amazing log home rests on 44 pristine acres on the north side of Breckenridge. The activities
surrounding this home are endless. On the property are ample trails and space that can be used for
snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and 4-wheeling. This home is also near to the Breckenridge Golf Course
which is a nordic center in the winter. A stunning mountain backdrop coupled with a gorgeous log
makes this the perfect location for any vacation.
From the moment you step through the front door you are greeted by a warm rustic mountain feel. The
living area offers ample seating, a wood stove, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is open to the
living area and offers double ovens, gas range, and anything else you may need to prepare a meal.
Next to the kitchen is the dining area, offering seating for 10. Also on this main level is Master
Bedroom #1, which offers a king sized bed, television, sitting area, and private bathroom.
The upper level offers 2 more bedrooms; one offers a king bed and the other a queen. There is a full
bathroom in the hall outside of these bedrooms. Also on this level you will find a loft offering a
pull out sofa sleeper and a desk area.
Downstairs is the game room with a gas fireplace, pool table, wet bar, and a television. There is a
twin rollaway bed that can be used in the game room. Off of this room is the bunkroom offering 2 full
sized beds, 2 twins and a pull out trundle. There is a bathroom in the hall that is shared by the
bunk and game room.
In addition, there is a guest house which offers a full kitchen, two bedrooms with queen sized beds,
a bathroom, and a living area with a queen pull out sleeper.
This fantastic home is located on the north side of Breckenridge, down the road from the golf course,
and just a short drive (8 minutes) to skiing. With an amazing ambience, fantastic location, and great
views; this home leaves nothing to be desired.
