community pool (heated for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Spring Break), 2 tennis courts, horseshoe and volleyball pit located just down the street. This
beautifully decorated home is approximately a block to the
white sandy beaches and teal waters. But even better.... You won't have to carry a thing to the beach! Just pack up the Street Legal Golf Cart and Go! (Available for reduced rental rate to guests of the Cashmere Coconut.) So for a taste of the tropics,
Cashmere Coconut will surely delight you.

Deposit: 50% of rate is due to secure home.

Balance of rate, tax, cleaning, and damage deposit must be paid no later than 30 days prior to check-in day.

Damage Deposit: $500 Damage Deposit is refunded 3-5 days after check-out if home is left in order.

Payment: Pay by check or PayPal. There is a 3% charge on credit card payments.
