His High Place-National Forest Access Summer-Ski In/Ski Out in Breckenridge

This is an amazing ski in/ski out house with all the mountain charm and luxury finishes you need for a fantastic vacation. You will ski out on Peak 9 but will have to ski back in on Peak 10 (blue/black trails). To ski back in you must be an intermediate skier, you will lift up to Peak 10 and ski back to the Burro Trail.
His High Place is a gorgeous in town 3400sf home, just a 15 minute walk to Main Street (weather permitting). On the Main Level you have an amazing gourmet kitchen, a dining room that will seat 18 and a magnificent great room with fireplace and incredible mountain views.
The Upper Level offers 2 fabulous master bedrooms with private decks divided by a large loft, while the Lower Level has two bedrooms with private game/living room which includes an XBOX and a private hot tub off the deck.
This fabulous home is just blocks from Downtown Breckenridge. Drive anywhere in town or to any ski parking in less than 5 minutes. This spacious, well-maintained luxury mountain residence will provide your family and friends comfortable, close-in lodging for your winter and summer visits to Summit County.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 12 adults, or 18 total with children.

The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 4 vehicles.
4x4 is MANDATORY during any date that snow may occur.

Ski access is through Peak 9 in skiing out or Peak 10 in skiing back in.

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $255 + tax that will be applied to your rental.

The refundable damage deposit is $500.00 and will be collected in advance.
