Huge five bedroom, three bath home in a very upscale area of Key
Colony Beach.
The master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and it's own bath.
Downstairs there are four bedrooms separated by TWO different living
area's. The second bedroom also has a king and the other three
bedrooms each have two double beds.
Two different laundry area's, gas grill 5 TV's (42" Plasma in the
main living room), well landscaped grounds, large jacuzzi($50.00
fill fee) and a small pool. (heat is additional).
Cabana Club membership is included and this home is a stones throw
from the new Sunset Park.

Key Colony Beach has two beautiful beach area's, the new Sunset Park
on the end of 12th Street, and the beautiful cabana club between 4th
and 5th Street. Restaurants and shops right on the Island.
Golf and Tennis close by, as well as fishing, snorkeling and diving.
Close to State Parks and the Dolphin Reasearch Center.

December 15 through August 25 $3,200/wk
August 26 through December 14 $2,700/wk
Multiple weeks may be negotiable
All Holidays and Lobster weeks $3,400/wk
Rentals are subject to Florida Sles Tax and a $25 processing fee.
$500 refundable damage deposit $50.00 Hot tub fill fee (if hot tub
is desired) to insure cleanliness.
Pool heat is additional $150.
