Vacation Rental Description

This private waterfront retreat will definitely have you leaving the  
hectic pace of society behind.  Located on a full acre, this 1800sq.  
ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bath home has something for everyone.  The large  
front porch overlooks your private dock with boat lift and fish  
cleaning station for the avid fisherman.  There is a 2 room workshop  
for the laid back tinker or crafter.  There is plenty of room for  
family gatherings including their cars, boats, trailers, and even an  
RV. 
 
Upon entering the home thru French doors you are greeted with a  
spacious Great Room with wood burning fire place.  For the gourmet  
cook this large kitchen will definitely give you lots of room to be  
inspired. 
 
The 150 ft. canal frontage is just the beginning in your trip  
towards the Mason Creek Inlet to the Gulf of Mexico, the  
Chassahowitzka National Wildlife Preserve and the beautiful  
Homosassa River all of which feature some of the best snook, trout,  
redfish and grouper fishing in Florida. Manatee and dolphin watching  
is another popular activity. Public Boat ramps are just minutes away  
by both land and water.

-This split plan, air conditioned home is located on a   
 brackish (salt/fresh) water canal.  On this full acre you are  
 surrounded by nature at its best. Sit on your front porch and enjoy  
 the lovely oaks, palms,native cypress trees  and even a magnolia.   
 You have the feeling that you are in a faraway place but yet  
 friendly neighbors are just around the corner. 
-The home offers a king size bed in the master suite, full size   
 bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 twin size beds in the 3rd bedroom. 
-Masterbath features large vanity, garden tub and seperate shower     
 area.  2nd bath with  a tub/shower is off other 2 bedrooms and the   
 half bath is located off the main living area. 
-Full kitchen.....dishes, stainless steel cookware, utensils,   
 dishwasher, electric range/oven, microwave, toaster, coffemaker,  
 blender, side by side refrigerator with door water & ice dispenser. 
-Full size washer and dryer are located in utility room just off   
 the kitchen. 
-Private dock with boat lift (MAX. 3000 LBS.)and fish cleaning station on canal. 
-2 room workshop with windows and ceiling fans for great ventilation. 
-Cable TV in each bedroom and Living room 
-Wireless Roadrunner Internet 
-Gas Grill with side burner(great for blackening fish)

Activities and Attractions

The area offers a verity of experiences, you could say something for  
everyone.  Of cource the main attraction to this area is the natural  
beauty of Floria's Nature Coast.

While the Homosassa/Crystal River area offers all the necessities  
and entertainment one might desire.  For those who feel the calling  
to join the hectic pace of the outside world from time to time, will  
find the Tampa Bay/Orlando area a quick fix.  The many attractions  
and cultural events that central florida has to offer are all within  
a one to two hour drive, thanks to the quick access to the Suncoast  
Parkway, I-75 & I-275.
