Moonstone Lodge is an ultimate mountain luxury home with incredible mountain views and located 1.5
miles to downtown.
When you arrive at this home you will find a gorgeous timber sided mountain home with great room
windows of 20 feet high with a matching gazebo. The gazebo is lit with rope lighting, a skylight and
holds a top of the line eight foot hot tub with 60 jets and an ipod plug with pop up speakers.
In the house on the main level you will find a gorgeous 20 foot rock fireplace in the center of the
great room with timber truss beams to give you the mountain lodge feel. The great room offers a 36'
TV with DVR and DVD player, couch with 2 reclining chairs, love-seat that rocks and reclines. Enjoy a
cup of hot cocoa looking at the views of the mountains or just watch it snow from the 2
rocking/reclining chairs.
The dining room adjoins the living room and kitchen that has a table that seats eight with the leaf
and a buffet. The kitchen offers granite countertops, cherry cabinets, four burner stove, side by
side refrigerator, microwave, and is fully stocked for your family or friend dinner, you just need to
bring the food. The bar ion the kitchen offers six additional seating. Down the hallway you will find
a half bathroom, laundry room and the master bedroom. Master Bedroom offers a king bed with a 36"
flat screen TV, large windows, high ceiling and walk-in closet. Master Bath offers a large Jacuzzi
tub, shower separate, double sink.
The Upper Level offers another king bedroom and bunkroom that has twin top/full bottom and twin
trundle. Both bedrooms share a large bathroom with tub and double sinks.
The Lower level has so much fun with a bookcase that holds a 48" TV that you lower and raise using a
remote control which is great for playing the Wii. You will also find a foosball table and arcade
with great games such as Galaga, Pac Man, Ms Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Centipede, Dig Dug and 22 more
games. Or just enjoy a good movie with the sleeper sofa couch and love seat. You will also find on
this level the fourth bedroom with King Bed and a 3/4 bathroom with double sinks and extra large
shower.
There is so much to enjoy here, you can snowshoe out the back yard in national forest or walk to town

The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

4x4 is during any date that snow may occur.

Ski access

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $255 + tax that will be applied to your rental.

The refundable damage deposit is $500.00 and will be collected in advance.
