Vacation Rental Description

gates of Walt Disney World.  It features a 42 inch plasma tv, tv/dvd  
in all 3 bedrooms, king size beds, and leather furniture.  The  
kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils.  There  
is  
also a patio area to enjoy.  The community is gated and elevators  
are  
provided in all buildings.  The luxurious pool is accompanied by a  
relaxing jacuzzi and features an open and spacious area to unwind  
in.  The community also boasts a state of the art recreational  
facility for children as well as adults.  Windsor Hills is a newly  
established complex that caters to the needs of all guests and is  
also the closest residential rental gated community to Walt Disney  
World.

MID     $129/Night 
HIGH    $129/Night

The above rates are quoted for a minimum of a 3 night stay and  
include all linens and towels.  This property has a $70 cleaning  
fee.  There is a $250 non-refundable reservation deposit to hold the  
unit.  Balance of rental is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  A $300  
damage deposit will be placed on a credit card at time of arrival.   
This is released 10 days after departure with no damage to the  
condo.  The above rates are subject to change without notice.  Check  
in time is after 4 PM and check out is no later than 10 AM.  No  
refunds within 6 weeks of arrival.  No pets or smoking permitted  
inside the property.  Please contact our management company at the
