The condo was in excellent condition and the view was AMAZING! Owner is very easy to work with and will answer all questions in a timely fashion. We received our deposit back 2 business days after checking out. The resort is top notch their customer service was great and security personal we always on patrol and visible creating a very safe atmosphere. The have covered parking available and included with the rental price. If this unit is available grab it!!!

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Beautiful Destination !

My 23 yr. old daughter and I enjoyed this condo over Memorial Day weekend. The location is perfect and we were able to walk to the Whale's Tail for dinner (very good.) The furniture was comfortable and we had everything we needed while there. Having a parking garage to keep your vehicle cool was a nice touch, too. I highly recommend this place!

Jim,

Thank you SO much for the rental of your beautiful condo in Destin this
weekend. The experience was absolutely flawless. The Majestic Sun staff was
friendly and helpful getting us parked and oriented, and we all slept
comfortably. Exceptional baths, with amazing water pressure, especially for
a multi-unit building. The view was undoubtedly the best we've ever
experienced. Unbelievably quiet -- even though the other units around us
were full, we NEVER heard a sound from others.

Your VIP Realty rep (Jim #2) was right on time, very friendly, and perfectly
professional. We received a $250 Southwest Airlines gift card for staying 3
nights. Wow!

We could NOT be happier. The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient --
and the location was superb. Thank you for letting us be part of your rental
family, and we look forward to doing business with you again if you'll have
us.

Again, thank you, and if I can recommend your condo in any way, please let
me know.

An extra note: GREAT condo for disabled folks. Easy elevator access is nice, but all of the doors are EXTRA wide and accomodating for the wheelchair bound. One of my friends has ALS (Lou Gerihg's) -- he is not yet in a wheelchair (and hopefully won't be), but we definitely noticed the accessible doors, especially on the huge bathrooms.
