3 garden tables with seating for 13 people, 24 foot by 12 foot pool 
with a hot tub!! both HEATED (optional).

Fully loaded kitchen, Iron with board, kettle, coffee maker, 
toaster, electric can opener, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice 
maker, oven, hob, waste disposer and dishwasher PLUS all cooking 
utensils are provided.  There is a 4 seater dinning table next to 
kitchen with a further 8 seater table in the dinning room. The 
utility room houses the washer and dryer (they are big, great and 
quick). All the required linen is provided.

Baby cot and high chair are also provided.

There is no smoking or pets allowed in the house, sorry.
