Vacation Rental Description

Top of Sugar Mountain, over a mile high! Spectacular 9th floor views 
of the Sugar Mountain ski slopes. Year-round resort, with the Fall 
Colors, Summer White Water rafting, fly fishing, fresh chilled summer 
air from your private balcony and fabulous winter and spring snow 
skiing!
Our condo features two spacious bedrooms, one as a master featuring a 
glass enclosed tub and shower and a window overlooking the slopes. A 
second bedroom features a window overlooking the slopes and an 
adjacent hall full bath.
A new leather L shaped sofa provides two internal recliners as well 
as a hideabed with innerspring mattress.
The dining area seats eight and is adjacent to the kitchen which 
features full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, 
pots, pans, dishwasher and plenty of counter space.
Within the living room is a woodburning fireplace which is adjacent 
to a wetbar. The living room is drenched in light from the large 
windows and sliding glass doors to the spacious private porch. 
Evenings on the porch are a favorite for guests as the sun sets over 
the mountains right before your eyes.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Resort features a wonderful indoor year-round pool, two hottubs, 
exercise room, sauna, steamroom and free highspeed wireless internet 
in the lobby and within all condos...bring your laptop! 
The vast grounds surrounding the building are manicured and provide 
beautiful overlooks of Grandfather Mountain from the lobby and Sugar 
Mountain's communities below. The mountain air seldom rises above 70 
degrees in the summer and remains pleasant through the fall, enabling 
you to use the woodburning fireplace, nearly year-round.

Our ninth floor condo is conveniently located near the elevators, 
thereby providing one of the most beautiful views in the building.The 
sun rises on the opposite side of the building which provides a 
beautiful morning glow, but no glare through the windows AND the 
sunsets over the slopes are spectacular!
Washer and dryers are provided on each floor and all linens are 
provided.

Activities and Attractions

Snow skiing, mountain biking, cycling, swimming, fly fishing, 
wonderful antiquing, summer rides on the Sugar Mountain chairlifts, 
white water rafting, hiking, cave exploring, relaxing in the cool 
mountain air.
Nearby Boone, Linville Cave, Linville Falls, and Blowing Rock are 
favorite destinations.

Vacation Rental Rates

April 1 through November 30: 
$135 per day, 
$150 per day weekend or holiday, 
$600 per week, 
$1500 per month

December 1 though March 31: New Lowest Ski Season Price!
$150 per day, weekday, weekend, holiday, Save!
$800 per week
