Mountain Lodge at the Preserve is a spectacular new mountain home - finished in fall of 2007- and though it is full of
luxury amenities, it maintains a cozy, mountain-rustic atmosphere. The main level offers soaring
ceilings and wood-and-antler chandeliers, with a floor-to-ceiling double-sided stone fireplace that
separates the great room from the dining area. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and
stainless-steel appliances. Discriminating chefs will be thrilled with the double ovens and separate
microwave, the butcher-block island with plenty of workspace, the 6-burner professional grade gas
stove with hood, and the two sinks.
Next to the kitchen, bask in the warmth of the stone-floor sunroom or watch a little television to
relax. More relaxation is available beyond the sunroom, where you will find the large, 8-person hot
tub as well as a spectacular private deck surrounded by trees.
Ascending the hewn wood staircase from the foyer, you will find the two master suites and a sleeping
loft. The first master suite offers a king-sized log bed and a stone fireplace. The suites travertine
marble bathroom has double sinks, a soaking tub, and a large steam shower. The second master bedroom
offers a queen-sized log bed with a sleeper sofa, and a charming bathroom with a full-size bathtub.
The loft area has futon sleeping for up to 3 people, as well as a television and DVD player.
On the lower level of the house, you will find a large recreation room which offers a TV with DVD
player and ample seating, a pool table, and a wet bar area. There are also 2 bedrooms on this level;
the first is a master suite with a queen-sized log bed and a twin log bunk bed in the room. This
suites bathroom has a full-sized bathtub. The second bedroom also offers a queen log bed and a twin
log bunk bed. A full bathroom on this level serves the fourth bedroom and the recreation room. There
is also a laundry room on the lower level with a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron.
This stunning home is conveniently located within walking distance of both downtown Breckenridge and
the ski slopes. It is just a 2 block walk along a wooded path to the Quicksilver lift or a 2 block
walk over paved surfaces to the shuttle stop. With a great location and great amenities, Mountain
Lodge at the Preserve is the perfect spot for a family or multi-family getaway!

This property can accommodate a maximum of 12 adults, or 14 total with children.

The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 6 vehicles.
4x4 is recommended during any date that snow may occur.

Ski access is 2 blocks from the Quicksilver Lift or 2 blocks to the shuttle

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $285 + tax that will be applied to your rental.

The refundable damage deposit is $500.00 and will be collected in advance.
