around. This new condo has a balcony with fabulous views of the 
Inter Coastal and great sunrises.

Full Kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, 
dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator and a washer dryer.
Living area with couch and chair, cable TV and balcony 
overlooking the marina, look out for Dolphins and Manatees. 
Bedroom with Queen Bed, TV and Ensuite Bathroom. (Bathroom Door also
