Vacation Rental Description

Check out this great fully furnished one bedroom, one bath 
condominium located in Fountain Hills, a small town just minutes 
away from Scottsdale and Phoenix.

It's close to the world's tallest fountain, great golf courses, 
hiking.  The Fort McDowell Casino and the Tonto National Forest are 
just minutes away.

Just bring yourself and a willingness to have fun!

The unit is on the second floor, and has an absolutely gorgeous view 
of the Sonoran Desert from the back porch, which faces east to the 
Fort McDowell Reservation, Red Mountain and the Four Peaks mountain 
formation. (7,600 foot elevation)  

Both the living room and the bedroom have spectacular views. Sitting 
out on the back porch and relaxing in the afternoon can be a 
transcendent experience!  The condo is very tastefully decorated, 
and was recently updated with brand-new carpeting, bedding from 
Crate&Barrel, memory-foam pillows, and new kitchen appliances.  

Sleeps two adults and two children or one extra adult on the sleeper-
sofa.  The master bedroom has a queen bed and there is a sleeper-
sofa in the living room.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cox High Speed Internet, (wireless and wired) Air Conditioning, telephone,
Cox Cable TV, (2 TV's) DVD, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, 
Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Cooking Utensils, Linens, Memory-Foam Pillows, 
Designated Covered Parking.

Heated Swimming Pool with separate Jacuzzi and a stunning view, and 
nicely furnished exercise room.  BBQ pit is located at the swimming 
pool.  Prefer no smoking (or smoking only outside) and no pets, but 
contact me for a case-by-case basis for exceptions.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, hiking, walking, Hummer desert tours, water activities at 
Saguaro Lake, two large arts festivals in November and February, 
plus all the shopping and nightlife of Scottsdale only 15-20 minutes 
away.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season: $1,800/Month (January - March)
Low Season: = $1100.00/Mmonth (April - September)
Mid Season: $1300.00/Month (October - December)
Remember, ALL BILLS PAID, with High Speeed Internet!

If a Low-Season rental starts before Mid-Season rates, I will extend the Low-Season
rates until December 31.

Nightly rate: $100 (3 Nights Minimum)

$500 security deposit required.  Deposit will be returned, less a 
$100 cleaning fee if condo is not left in the same condition as move-
in.
