Vacation Rental Description

The Upper Deck is a new property located at The Club on Cape San 
Blas.  This upscale Townhouse has never been rented.  It has heart 
pine floors throughout, stainless appliances, and a fully equiped 
kitchen with sandstone counter tops.  All you will need to bring is 
your sun screen and towel for a relaxing time at the beach. 

The first floor of the unit has an open floor plan with greatroom, 
dining area, kitchen and a screened in deck off the main living 
area.  Also located on the first floor is a twin bedroom and 
adjacent bath with tile shower.  

On the second floor, there is two bedrooms with a full bed in each, 
and a Jack-n-Jill bathroom to share.  The master bedroom has a King 
bed with a walk-in closet.  The master bath includes, a walk-in tile 
shower, water closet, Jacuzzi tub,  and double sinks.  Also off the 
Master Bedroom is a secluded screened in deck for relaxation and 
enjoyment of the wildlife.  Each Bedroom has a TV with either a DVD 
or VCR.
